this is TOO cool

I'll tell you a little known story about how I spend the Thanxgiving Holiday the year I was in 7th grade.  My mom bought me the Sound of Music.  I camped out in the never-used "living room" with a small TV/VCR and art supplies and watched the movie over and over and over and over again for four straight days.  I know every word to every song and given the right acoustic situation I will sing them for you because I'm actually pretty decent at stage - singing (another little known fact).  Needless to say, I'm absolutely delighted with this new Gwen Stefani video and if you know the movie, you will be too.  Raindrops on roses & whiskers on kittens, my heart is blessed with the sound of music, I have confidence the world can all be mine, oh, ok, I'm stopping now....

forward motion is everything

I'm sure a lot of people think how lovely it must be for us, sitting back letting the orders roll in, but the reality is that there's never a day of rest for Freddy and Ma.......we've been making plans to create lots more goodies which of course takes a LOT of time, frustration and eventually, small triumphs, such as seeing a first sample of a possible new design.....the first sample being simply the first 3D version of our flat sketches.  Seems simple, but of course, it is not, for a variety of reasons......lots more to come from us this year!

oh the hoops that had to be jumped through to show you this photo.....and I'm not holding my breath that it might disappear soon, but our stellar PR team was able to get this Hazel Purse in a Kim Gledhill print into the hands of Mrs. McDermott who (and I'm just making assumptions based on factual events) must have liked the bag because she held on to it and we can now conclude that it is indeed "her" bag.  I am in no way saying that "Donna Martin" endorses F&M, just that I can only guess that she must have believed this bag was cute enough to add to her collection.  Whatever, we LOVE Tori and we love our bag with her dress -- many congrats on the baby!
