Monday nights are filled with guilty pleasures, a.k.a. gossip girl and the hills......so imagine my delight when I spotted an f&m hazel out with Isabel (one of Blair's groupies) while Dan and Serena were facing off with their dates......many thanx Gossip Girl, this is our 4th appearance on the show!!!
I knew Dylan was the father of Kelly's baby. Duh. Luke Perry is doing Hallmark channel movies so I think he would be wise to resume his role as Dylan McKay. You all know you secretly watch it....I still tape the reruns on Soapnet and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
We are pleased that our vote totes are getting so much attention because this election may be the most important one of our lifetime. Since some people are offended by political views that differ from their own, I will forewarn you, don't continue reading this post. It contains a recent piece by Eve Ensler on Sarah Palin. It will make you think. Every vote counts.
loyal readers are probably very aware of my (smallish) obsession with all things dita von teese. i can't help but post this fabulous commercial/mini movie featuring dita and the tranformative powers of the wonderbra.
We have been hoping to catch the attention of Elle magazine for some time now......and I guess this counts, I mean, we are IN the magazine and we didn't pay for an ad so......it's one step closer to the top.
I've spent pretty much the entire weekend going thru images from fashion week, checking out prints and colors.....lots of pretty things, as you'll see in this slideshow, but very much the same trends as last spring....ombre, liberty florals, painterly florals, graphic florals, tribal/ethnic inspired and white on white.....sound familiar? check out some of the highlights below -
last year we posted on the buffalo plaid trend that was popping up all over but this season it's morphed into a rainbow of non-traditional colors like purple, jade and pink.....and yeah, there were pictures of LC running around in one which probably didn't hurt, but personally, plaid, especially flanne,l takes me back to middle school and borrowing my dad's shirts to wear to school despite my mother's disapproval. this year i'm loving it tucked in with a flouncy black skirt. oh how i love fall clothing!
