mad about you

I'm sure many of you are anxiously awaiting the 3rd season of Mad Men which premieres this Sunday at 10pm on AMC.  I finally got around to watching seasons 1 and 2 this winter and I am totally addicted. My favorite character is Joan Holloway, the most infamous office assistant...she makes me want to be a red head. Seriously. I LOVE her wardrobe and love that she's beautiful and voluptuous AND on television. Even if they show is set in the 60s I still think she makes a powerful statement and will hopefully encourage more diversity in size and shape on film.  I think Joan should have a pear green Antonia, black patent quilted Rita and cream quilt with black trim Josephine to compliment her fabulous clothes.
