Saw an amazing photography exhibit, "Who Shot Rock & Roll" at the Brooklyn Museum this past weekend.
"Who Shot Rock & Roll is the first major museum exhibition on rock and roll to put photographers in the foreground, acknowledging their creative and collaborative role in the history of rock music."
Didn't really want to paraphrase...a photo of Yoko Ono and John Lennon caused this strange rush of emotion and I had to fight back tears. It was one of the most intimate photos I have ever seen. You could feel the love they must have shared. Not kidding. Intense. My favorite photo was an actual polaroid of Madonna in the 80s at a party. The exhibit is a MUST SEE.
